    In Use

    1. Loading a Board
    • Flip the reverse brake down to prevent rolling.
    • Adjust support hooks and outriggers for stability.
    1. Lifting a Board
    • Flip the reverse brake down for safety.
    • Turn the handwheel to lift to the desired height. The brake secures it automatically.
    1. Lowering a Board
    • Carefully release the brake lever and turn the handwheel to lower.

    Caution

    • Check the lift and wire condition daily.
    • Let the lift adjust to room temperature to prevent condensation on the brake.
    • Ensure the brake drum is clean and dry before use.
    • Always secure both arms with lock tabs.
    • Keep the work area clear of obstructions.
    • Wear a helmet while using the lift.
    • Watch for obstacles above when lifting.
    • Use only for plasterboards or similar materials.
    • Periodically lubricate wire rollers.
    • Lubricate wheel bearings on the base.
    • Lubricate telescopic sections with paraffin if they're not moving smoothly.
    • Store the plasterboard lift in a clean, dry place.
